The ZCM series direct acting automatic gas and low-pressure gas-liquid solenoid valve (nominal diameter ranging from DN15 to DN200) is a high-security, heavy-duty fluid control device specially designed and developed for automated pipeline control of low pressure, atmospheric pressure, vacuum, and large flow fluids. As a core execution element in low-pressure industrial gas pipe networks and urban gas emergency safety shut-off loops, this series features deep structural optimization targeting low pressure below 4bar (0.4MPa), zero-pressure conditions, and large-bore fluid transmission. It focuses on solving common industry pain points under ultra-low pressure environments, such as sluggish actuation, pilot holes being easily clogged by medium scaling, and the extreme sealing tightness requirements for highly hazardous media like gas. The series offers multiple premium valve body materials including brass, SS304, and SS316 stainless steel. Small-bore valves utilize G/NPT thread connections, while large-bore valves adopt international standard flange connections, perfectly matching gas boiler networks, centralized gas supply safety shut-offs, industrial kiln combustion control, low-pressure water treatment environmental protection systems, and various vacuum gas-liquid control engineering.

This series of valves utilizes a pure direct acting control mechanism and belongs to the normally closed automatic valve type. Its core advantage lies in the fact that its action is completely independent of the medium pressure differential inside the pipeline, possessing a genuine zero-pressure differential rigid switching characteristic. When the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, the high-elasticity return spring applies direct force through the main valve shaft, driving the large-diameter sealing core downward rapidly to press it firmly against the main valve seat. Under the support of the spring's rigid force, absolutely reliable, zero-leakage physical shut-off is achieved.

When the electromagnetic coil is energized, a customized high-power electromagnetic assembly instantly generates a powerful electromagnetic attraction force. This attraction force directly and rigidly overcomes the internal main spring resistance and the heavy weight of the large-diameter sealing assembly through the moving iron core, pulling open the valve core directly as a whole. The main valve port opens instantly, and the medium restores large-flow unhindered passage. Within the full series working pressure range of 0 to 4bar, whether the pipeline is in an absolute vacuum state, zero-pressure state, or low-pressure fluctuating condition, the opening and closing of the valve are directly determined by electromagnetic force and spring force. The actuation is crisp and neat, and the response time is shortened to the millisecond level, perfectly eliminating the common industry problem where traditional pilot valves fail to open or close tightly due to insufficient pressure differential.

Pure direct acting zero-pressure differential drive structure, ensuring rigid action stability under ultra-low pressure and vacuum conditions: Traditional pilot solenoid valves must rely on a starting pressure differential of no less than 0.3-0.5bar under large-bore conditions. The ZCM series adopts a pure direct acting mechanism, achieving rigid mechanical opening and closing across the full pressure range of 0 to 4bar. Whether in a zero-pressure differential state, gravity gravity-flow pipelines, or system negative pressure vacuum conditions, it can achieve millisecond-level rapid response without any actuation lag.

Straight-through large channel anti-clogging design, demonstrating extremely high tolerance to fine medium impurities: Since the micron-level pilot small holes and complex piston guiding surfaces of traditional pilot solenoid valves are eliminated, the ZCM series has open internal flow channels and a direct sealing stroke. When the medium carries trace amounts of silt, metal shavings, or scaling particles, the direct acting structure is highly resistant to jamming and clogging, significantly improving the continuous running life of the system under poor water quality or harsh industrial gas environments.

SS304/SS316 and premium brass multi-material bodies, completely matching corrosion and safety ratings: Targeting the corrosiveness requirements of different industrial fluids and specialized gases on materials, the entire series offers premium H59 brass, SS304 stainless steel, and SS316 stainless steel with superior resistance to chloride ion corrosion. Seals select specialized high-elastic, wear-resistant composite hard rubber, ensuring zero deformation under long-term frequent impacts and providing long-term zero-internal-leakage protection for low-pressure pipelines.

Micron-level processed industrial threads and standard flanges, ensuring absolutely long-lasting zero: Small-bore products provide G and NPT high-precision industrial threads, while large-bore products feature high-load, large-specification flanges. The precise thread engagement force and sturdy flange sealing faces can perfectly resist the fluid shearing force and external pipeline knocking generated at the instant of switching in low-pressure large-flow pipelines, eliminating any trace external leakage and ensuring the safety of highly hazardous media such as gas.
