The 2W-SL Series Zero Differential Plastic Solenoid Valve is a 2-way, 2-position, semi-direct acting (assisted-lift) diaphragm solenoid valve. Constructed with high-grade reinforced engineering plastics (such as PA66/GFPA), the valve body features exceptional corrosion resistance and a lightweight design. Its core advantage lies in the "Zero Differential Pressure" capability, enabling the valve to open or close reliably solely by electromagnetic force even in environments with zero pipeline pressure (0 Bar / 0 PSI). It is highly suitable for low-pressure, gravity-fed, vacuum, or high-flow automated control systems. It is widely applied in water treatment, environmental engineering, agricultural water-saving irrigation, food machinery, chemical/medical systems, and the pipeline control of air, water, and neutral gases.

Zero Differential Pressure Startup: Utilizing a semi-direct acting structure, it operates stably within a working pressure range of 0 to 7 Bar without requiring a minimum pressure drop.

Premium Engineering Plastic Body: Made of high-performance reinforced nylon, it offers excellent anti-aging, light acid/alkali resistance, and rust-proof characteristics, being lighter and more cost-effective than brass bodies.

High-Efficiency Sealing Materials: Standardized with a long-life NBR diaphragm. EPDM or VITON seals can be customized based on chemical compatibility and medium temperature to ensure zero leakage.

Robust Protection Coil: Standard IP65 industrial protection rating with a DIN standard connector, providing dustproof and waterproof operations. Optional low-power epoxy-encapsulated coils are available for extreme outdoor conditions (rain and sunlight).

Wide Range of Sizes: Threaded ports range from 1/2" to 2" (DN15 - DN50) with large orifice designs to guarantee high system flow rates (high Cv factors).
