The 2W-SL Series Flange & Union Plastic Solenoid Valve is a 2-way, 2-position, semi-direct acting (assisted-lift) diaphragm solenoid valve specifically engineered for high-flexibility piping and highly corrosive fluid control. While inheriting the core advantage of zero differential pressure startup, this series comprehensively upgrades the pipeline connection mechanism by innovatively integrating a dual Flange and Union structure (also known as a true union flange connection). The valve body is precision-molded from premium reinforced engineering plastics (such as UPVC, PP, or PA66), offering remarkable acid/alkali resistance, anti-corrosion properties, and a lightweight design. Its semi-direct acting configuration guarantees instantaneous on/off response even at zero pipeline pressure (0 Bar). The unique union-flange design significantly simplifies field installation, pipeline alignment, and subsequent disassembly for maintenance. Dual Flange & Union Connection: The hybrid design combining a union nut and a flange provides both the high-pressure endurance of a flanged joint and the flexible, non-destructive disassembly of a union. This drastically reduces installation difficulties in multi-valve manifolds or confined spaces.

Zero Differential Pressure Capability: Equipped with an assisted-lift diaphragm structure, the valve operates reliably across a pressure range of 0 to 7 Bar without requiring a minimum pressure drop or fluid backpressure.

All-Plastic Corrosion-Resistant Body: Specifically tailored for chemical and high-purity fluids, the valve body (available in UPVC or PP) completely eliminates metallic oxidation and corrosion in aggressive acid, alkali, or salt-mist environments, preventing secondary fluid contamination.

Premium Seals & High Flow Capacity: Fitted with a long-life NBR diaphragm as standard (EPDM or Viton available upon request). The internal flow path features a large-orifice, low-resistance design to ensure excellent flow rates and high Cv factors.
