EG41J-10/16 series manual flanged diaphragm valves are precision isolation control valves specially engineered for general corrosive media and industrial fluid pipeline systems. Featuring a broad nominal size range from DN20 to DN400 and standard flanged connections, this series integrates seamlessly into industrial pipelines across chemical processing, water treatment, environmental engineering, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals. Utilizing a unique diaphragm sealing structure, the valve completely isolates the lower body cavity from the upper bonnet driving mechanism, achieving leak-free fluid shut-off and throttling within a nominal pressure range of 1.0 to 1.6 MPa. Constructed from premium grey cast iron or grey cast iron with rubber/fluorine lining, combined with a corrosion-resistant elastomeric diaphragm, the valve maintains exceptional sealing integrity and fatigue resistance at operating temperatures up to 85°C, making it an ideal core component for modern industrial corrosive fluid control.
