Overview

The SBL-F46 series lined basket strainer is a precision filtration device specially customized for highly corrosive fluid systems. The product line covers nominal diameters from DN25 to DN400 and pressure ratings from 1.0 to 2.5MPa, making it an ideal fit for piping systems in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, hydrometallurgical industries, as well as various strong acid and strong alkali conveying applications. The strainer adopts a classic basket-type element design, where fluid enters from the inlet into the filter basket, impurities are retained on the basket wall, and clean fluid exits from the outlet, achieving efficient solid-liquid separation. The body is constructed from high-quality carbon steel with all wetted parts lined with high-performance fluoroplastics such as F4 (F46, PO, PFA), which maintain exceptional corrosion resistance and structural integrity across a wide temperature range from -20°C to 150°C. This product serves as an ideal protective component for modern highly corrosive medium conveying systems.

Wide diameter range and high flow capacity: specifically engineered for medium to large pipelines from DN25 to DN400, providing ample flow capacity and large effective filtration area, minimizing system pressure drop while maintaining required filtration precision, perfectly matching various corrosive medium conveying conditions.

Superior corrosion resistance across a broad temperature range: the body and all wetted parts are lined with high-performance fluoroplastics F4 (F46, PO, PFA), offering exceptional resistance to hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, and various organic solvents, with an operating temperature range from -20°C to 150°C, capable of withstanding long-term chemical attack from corrosive media.

Basket element design for easy maintenance: the standard basket-type structure allows fluid to enter the filter basket through the inlet, with impurities retained on the inner wall of the basket and clean fluid discharged through the outlet. The filter basket can be independently removed and cleaned without dismantling the entire strainer body, greatly simplifying routine cleaning and maintenance procedures.

Multiple lining material options: carbon steel lined with F4 offers a cost-effective general solution suitable for most corrosive applications; F46 lining provides superior high-temperature creep resistance, ideal for systems with frequent temperature fluctuations; PO lining is suitable for alkaline and some acidic media; PFA lining offers the highest level of chemical inertness and thermal stability, specifically engineered for ultrapure chemicals and extreme corrosive environments.

Reliable flanged connection: standard flange connection with lined sealing face ensures tight and reliable sealing performance even under corrosive media, high temperature, and pressure fluctuation conditions, completely eliminating the risk of external leakage.
