The LT342X piston type flow and pressure regulating valve is a high-performance multifunctional control valve designed based on fluid mechanics principles, incorporating advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. Featuring a unique piston structure that adjusts flow channel area through axial movement, it enables precise and continuous regulation of pipeline medium flow and pressure. Not only is it suitable for clean water, but also demonstrates excellent tolerance for natural river and lake water as well as mild wastewater. This effectively addresses the common issues of scaling and clogging in traditional valves, making it widely adopted in critical pipeline systems such as power plants, water diversion projects, and urban-rural water supply networks.

Feature
1. High-pressure energy dissipation and cavitation resistance: The valve body features a streamlined, axisymmetric flow channel design that significantly reduces noise and vibration. Its unique piston-and-cage (fan ring) structure effectively dissipates energy through multi-hole jet collisions, ensuring cavitation prevention even under inlet/outlet pressure differentials up to 40 kg/cm², thus safeguarding pipeline systems.
2. Reliable sealing with zero-leakage closure: Featuring a metal-to-metal primary seal and floating valve seat design, it delivers exceptional sealing performance. When fully closed, the valve ensures complete leakage-free operation, making it a reliable shut-off valve.
3. High resistance and durability with extended service life: The specially designed flow path and robust piston structure enable it to handle fluids containing small particles like sand. Critical components such as valve seats and guide rails are made of special stainless steel, with a hardness three times that of ordinary stainless steel, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance. The designed service life reaches up to 30 years.
4. The intelligent valve features excellent linear regulation characteristics across the full flow range, ensuring stable and precise control. It can be equipped with electric drive devices, PLC control systems, and sensors to achieve both local and remote intelligent automation, with user-friendly operation.
5. The operating force is small and the flow resistance is low. The motion direction of the operating part (piston) is consistent with the direction of the fluid, and the operating torque is small. The optimized flow channel makes the pressure loss of the valve small, which helps to reduce the power consumption of the pipe network.
