The flow regulating valve (also known as electric flow regulating valve or electric flow and pressure regulating valve) is a key valve in the water conveyance system for regulating flow and pipeline pressure. This device is electric, with an electric-with-manual version, and achieves remote control through sensor monitoring of water level, with an actual operational error generally ranging from 1-2%. The core structure includes a valve body, piston, sealing components, and electric actuator. It uses a ductile iron valve body and stainless steel piston, and achieves linear flow regulation by changing the flow area through a slider-crank mechanism. The piston-type pressure and flow regulating valve eliminates cavitation through an outlet collision energy dissipation design, maintaining a constant flow rate. Its nominal pressure reaches 10.0 MPa, and its applicable temperature range is -10°C to 135°C. Equipped with an intelligent control system supporting remote control via 4-20 mA signals, it has a protection level of IP68 and zero leakage in the fully closed state. The flow regulating valve (also known as electric flow regulating valve or electric flow and pressure regulating valve) produced by Zhejiang Shanliu is widely used in many large-scale water conveyance projects due to its high regulation accuracy, low cavitation, noise, and vibration, good energy dissipation effect, ideal flow-opening curve, and ease of automatic control.
