The TD342X electric turbine throttling butterfly valve is a flange butterfly valve featuring a turbine worm drive mechanism and dual eccentric design. By precisely rotating the butterfly plate within a 0° to 90° range, it enables continuous flow regulation and reliable shut-off of pipeline media. Balancing operational flexibility with airtight sealing, this valve is widely used in water treatment plants, power plants, municipal water supply systems, chemical facilities, and industrial circulating water systems requiring precise flow control.

Feature
1. The system features precise regulation and effortless operation. Its turbine worm gear mechanism delivers a high transmission ratio and substantial torque output, enabling effortless flow control under large-diameter or high-pressure-difference conditions. The design also ensures accurate butterfly plate opening control with self-locking functionality.
2. Double eccentric design ensures reliable sealing: The dual eccentric configuration (with valve stem axis offset from both butterfly plate center and valve body center) enables the butterfly plate to disengage from the valve seat instantly during opening, significantly reducing friction and extending seal durability. During closing, the progressively tighter sealing effect ensures bidirectional sealing reliability.
3. Low flow resistance and energy-efficient: The butterfly plate features a frame-type design with high structural strength. When fully open, it minimizes obstruction to the flow channel, resulting in low flow resistance and reduced energy consumption in pipeline systems.
4. Easy installation and maintenance: Compact design with lightweight construction. The valve supports multiple installation orientations (horizontal/vertical) and is not restricted by fluid flow direction. Wear-prone components like sealing rings are replaceable, eliminating the need to disassemble the valve body during maintenance and simplifying the process.

Versatile material options and adaptable performance: Key components like valve bodies and butterfly plates can be manufactured from cast iron, cast steel, or stainless steel, tailored to specific operational requirements. The sealing assembly typically combines stainless steel with nitrile rubber, ensuring compatibility with water, air, oil-based fluids, and mildly corrosive media.
