Overview
PQ340H side mounted hemispherical valve is an eccentric hemispherical valve designed for lateral installation and maintenance, mainly used in metallurgy, coal, environmental water treatment, and slurry pipeline systems containing dust and particles. It adopts a unique eccentric ball and valve seat sealing design, which can effectively reduce friction and achieve tight shut-off during the opening and closing process. The side mounted structure of the valve allows the main internal components to be assembled and disassembled through lateral openings, facilitating online inspection and replacement of valve seats and seals, significantly improving maintenance efficiency and system adaptability. It is a durable choice for handling harsh media and frequent operating conditions.

Feature
1. Side mounted maintenance structure: There is a maintenance port on the side of the valve body, which allows for direct maintenance or replacement of the valve seat, stem, and seals without the need to disassemble the valve from the pipeline as a whole, saving maintenance time and costs.
2. Eccentric sealing design: The sphere adopts an eccentric structure, which has no contact friction with the valve seat during opening and closing. When closing, it relies on eccentric compression to achieve tight sealing, combining the advantages of long service life and low operating torque.
3. Wear resistant and corrosion-resistant valve seat: The valve seat is often made of metal hard seal or composite material, and the surface can be welded with wear-resistant alloy, especially suitable for slurry media containing solid particles and ash, with strong resistance to erosion and corrosion.
4. Bidirectional flow capability: The valve structure is symmetrical, supporting bidirectional flow and sealing of the medium, and the installation direction is not restricted, improving the flexibility of pipeline design.
5. Worm gear drive operation: Equipped with a standard worm gear transmission mechanism, it is easy to open and close, has good self-locking performance, and can be extended to adapt to electric, pneumatic and other actuators to meet the needs of automation control.
6. Compact and high-strength valve body: The valve body is made of high-quality cast steel or welded steel plates, with a sturdy and compact structure, smooth channels, and low resistance, suitable for industrial environments with medium and high pressure and frequent opening and closing.
