The PQ340Y turbine-driven eccentric hemispherical valve features a worm gear-driven eccentric hemispherical design with a two-piece cast valve body, delivering both fluid control and high sealing reliability. Its turbine-driven mechanism ensures smooth valve disc operation, with a nominal pressure exceeding PN40. The metal hard-seal structure is specifically engineered for high-temperature, high-pressure, and particulate media applications, making it a preferred solution for demanding pipelines in power, steel, and chemical industries. This valve excels in efficient shut-off and reliable control performance.

Feature
1. The turbine drive system is stable and efficient, featuring a worm gear reduction mechanism that ensures smooth transmission, high output torque, effortless operation, and self-locking capability, enabling precise start-stop control and position retention.
2. Metal hard-sealed high-pressure and high-temperature: The valve disc and seat are welded with cemented carbide or other wear-resistant materials, forming a rigid metal sealing pair that is resistant to erosion and high temperatures, suitable for high-pressure differentials and high-temperature media.
3. Excessive wear-free operation of eccentric structure: The eccentric crankshaft design enables the valve disc to disengage from the valve seat during opening/closing, achieving frictionless motion. This significantly reduces operating torque and sealing surface wear, thereby extending service life.
4. The flow channel is straight and the diameter of the valve is almost the same as that of the pipeline, so the resistance of the medium is small and the impurities are not easy to accumulate. It is especially suitable for slurry and solid particles.
5. Robust structure with easy maintenance: The valve body features a sturdy design with either top-mounted or side-mounted configurations, allowing internal components to be serviced or replaced in-line. This minimizes downtime and lowers overall maintenance costs.
