The PQ940F electric eccentric hemispherical valve utilizes motor-driven operation, with precision actuation achieved through a speed reduction mechanism. Feature
1. Electric drive intelligent control: Featuring integrated multi-axis electric actuators, it supports remote, local, and program-controlled operation. The system receives switch signals or 4-20mA analog signals for precise regulation, delivering high automation.
2. Zero-friction seal with eccentric structure: The eccentric valve stem engages with the hemispherical valve disc, ensuring frictionless disengagement and compression during operation. This design significantly reduces wear and maintains long-term reliable sealing.
3. The wear-resistant and hard sealing valve has strong adaptability: the valve disc and seat are made of hard alloy or surface strengthened, which is resistant to erosion and corrosion, suitable for high temperature, high pressure and harsh media containing particles and slurry.
4. Excellent flow performance: When fully open, the flow channel is nearly identical to the pipe's inner diameter, resulting in minimal flow resistance and low diameter loss, making it resistant to clogging. This makes it particularly suitable for slurry, powder, and other easily sedimented media.
5. Compact structure with easy maintenance: The integrated actuator-valve design minimizes installation space requirements. Some configurations support top-mounted maintenance, allowing replacement of internal seals without valve disassembly, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
