Overview

The SP15 brass female threaded static balancing valve is a high-efficiency hydraulic balance control element specifically designed for HVAC system terminal equipment and small-scale pipelines. This valve integrates precise flow regulation, hydraulic condition measurement, opening position locking, and complete shut-off functions. The valve body is forged (or cast) from high-quality brass, offering excellent corrosion resistance and pressure-bearing capacity. Through its high-precision numeric handwheel, commissioning personnel can easily preset the maximum flow rate of the pipeline. This effectively resolves the "uneven heating and cooling" issues caused by unbalanced resistance in branch pipes, achieving static hydraulic balance, enhancing indoor comfort, and significantly reducing system energy consumption.

1.Premium Brass Material, Corrosion Resistant and Durable

Feature: The valve body and core internal wetted parts are made of high-quality brass (such as H59 or CW617N).

Advantage: Provides exceptional anti-corrosion and rust resistance, making it ideal for HVAC water systems with alternating hot and cold water, as well as water supply/drainage systems with strict water quality requirements, ensuring a long service life.

2.High-Precision Numeric Handwheel and Memory Lock

Feature: Equipped with an ergonomic numeric handwheel with clear scales (accurate to 0.1 turns) and a built-in opening lock mechanism.

Advantage: Adjustment is intuitive and precise. The locking function ensures that after system maintenance (requiring full closure), the valve can be quickly and accurately reopened to its original balanced position, preventing unauthorized or accidental adjustments.

3.Dual Self-Sealing Test Ports

Feature: The valve body comes with two self-sealing measurement nipples.

Advantage: Allows rapid connection of portable differential pressure/flow commissioning instruments to read real-time pressure drop and flow data, making complex system commissioning digitized and visualized.
