GL41F46 fluorine-lined T-strainer is a precision protection device specifically engineered for pipelines conveying highly corrosive media. Featuring a T-shaped body, all wetted internal surfaces and the filter screen frame are fully encapsulated with high-performance F46 (FEP) fluoroplastics. The core design utilizes the exceptional chemical stability of fluoroplastics to isolate aggressive media—such as acids, alkalis, salts, and strong oxidants—from damaging the metal substrate. Through its large-capacity lined mesh, the strainer efficiently intercepts solid impurities to protect downstream pumps, flow meters, and precision control valves from mechanical wear. With low flow resistance, high pressure-bearing capacity, and superior corrosion resistance, this product is widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, polysilicon, and semiconductor cleaning processes.

1.Superior strong corrosion resistance:All media-contacting parts are lined with F46 (FEP), which resists erosion from almost all chemicals except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine, ensuring long-term system stability.
2.High-strength metal pressure matrix:The outer shell is made of premium cast steel or stainless steel, compensating for the lack of strength in pure plastic strainers and providing excellent mechanical load and impact resistance.
