GL41F46 fluorine-lined T-strainer is a precision protection device specifically engineered for pipelines conveying highly corrosive media. Featuring a T-shaped body, all wetted internal surfaces and the filter screen frame are fully encapsulated with high-performance F46 (FEP) fluoroplastics. The core design utilizes the exceptional chemical stability of fluoroplastics to isolate aggressive media—such as acids, alkalis, salts, and strong oxidants—from damaging the metal substrate. Through its large-capacity lined mesh, the strainer efficiently intercepts solid impurities to protect downstream pumps, flow meters, and precision control valves from mechanical wear. With low flow resistance, high pressure-bearing capacity, and superior corrosion resistance, this product is widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, polysilicon, and semiconductor cleaning processes.

Feature

1.Superior strong corrosion resistance:All media-contacting parts are lined with F46 (FEP), which resists erosion from almost all chemicals except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine, ensuring long-term system stability.
2.High-strength metal pressure matrix:The outer shell is made of premium cast steel or stainless steel, compensating for the lack of strength in pure plastic strainers and providing excellent mechanical load and impact resistance.
3.Optimized T-pattern flow path:The T-shaped configuration provides a wide internal cavity and a large effective filtration area. Its flow resistance is significantly lower than conventional strainers, maintaining minimal pressure drop at high flow rates.
4.Highly reliable lining process:Advanced compression or injection molding ensures the fluorine lining is tightly bonded to the metal wall, offering superior adhesion and negative pressure resistance to prevent delamination under vacuum.
5.Bubble-tight sealing performance:The lining extends across the flange faces as an integral molding. Paired with FKM seals, it achieves absolute external sealing, eliminating the risk of corrosive media leaking through flange interfaces.
6.Convenient online maintenance:The compact structure and stable center of gravity allow for quick access. Cleaning only requires loosening the cover bolts to extract the basket without removing the body from the pipeline, shortening maintenance cycles.
7.High medium purity:The F46 material has high chemical stability and surface smoothness, preventing secondary contamination of the process fluid and meeting the cleanliness standards of electronic and pharmaceutical industries.
