CV3000 electric cage-guided control valve is a high-performance execution unit designed for modern industrial automation systems. It consists of a high-precision electronic electric actuator and a cage-guided valve body featuring a pressure-balanced plug. By receiving 4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC standard signals, the actuator drives the valve stem to move the plug vertically within the cage, utilizing the window-type throttling design to achieve precise proportional regulation of flow, pressure, and temperature. The pressure-balanced structure effectively offsets the large unbalanced forces of the medium, ensuring stable operation even under high pressure drops. This series is known for its high flow capacity, dynamic stability, and excellent noise reduction, making it an ideal choice for power plants, oil refineries, and chemical processing facilities.

Feature

1.Pressure-balanced plug design:The plug is equipped with precision balance holes to equalize the pressure above and below the plug. This significantly reduces the thrust required from the actuator, allowing for reliable control of high-pressure differential fluids with relatively small actuators.
2.Cage-guided stability:The large-area side-guiding provided by the cage ensures precise axial alignment of the plug throughout its full stroke. This effectively suppresses mechanical vibration and high-frequency noise caused by high-velocity fluid flow.
3.Superior noise and cavitation control:The window-type throttling cage is designed to distribute the pressure drop and reduce fluid velocity. This design provides better noise attenuation and higher resistance to cavitation compared to traditional single or double-seated valves.
4.High-precision intelligent drive:Paired with an intelligent electronic actuator, the valve offers high positioning resolution and minimal dead zones. It supports self-diagnosis, non-intrusive calibration, and real-time position feedback to ensure control loop stability.
5.Modular and interchangeable internals:Internal components such as the cage, plug, and seat are designed for modularity. Different flow characteristics (linear or equal percentage) can be achieved by simply replacing the cage without changing the valve body.
6.Durable material options:The body and internals can be made of various high-grade alloys. Sealing surfaces can be hardened or hard-faced with Stellite to provide exceptional resistance to erosion and wear in high-temperature or high-pressure steam services.
7.Tight shut-off performance:Utilizing precision grinding and advanced sealing technology, the valve provides reliable shut-off capability. It is available in metal-to-metal (Class IV) or soft-seal (Class VI) versions to meet diverse leakage standards.
8.Ease of technical maintenance:The top-entry design allows for the extraction of the actuator, bonnet, and internal cage assembly as a single module without removing the valve body from the pipeline, significantly reducing downtime.
