Overview
The DJ11F low-temperature internal thread globe valve is a special valve designed specifically for ultra-low temperature conditions. It drives the valve disc vertically up and down along the centerline of the valve seat through the valve stem, achieving reliable opening and closing and flow regulation of the pipeline. The core of its design lies in the use of low-temperature materials and deep cryogenic treatment throughout the valve, ensuring that key components such as the valve body, valve cover, and valve disc maintain good mechanical performance in deep cryogenic environments and prevent low-temperature embrittlement. The sealing surface of the valve seat usually adopts rigid sealing or soft sealing structures with excellent low-temperature performance such as polytetrafluoroethylene. Combined with an elongated valve cover design, a "cold box" is formed at the neck of the valve cover away from low-temperature fluids, effectively preventing packing freezing, valve stem jamming, and reducing external heat transfer. The valve adopts internal thread connection and is directly screwed and fixed to the pipeline system through threads, with a compact structure. Valves rely on manual devices (such as handwheels) to drive the valve stem, converting rotational force into linear motion of the valve disc, achieving smooth and reliable opening and closing control. This valve is designed specifically for low-temperature transportation and storage systems in industries such as liquefied natural gas, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquid carbon dioxide. It is particularly suitable for various low-temperature medium operating conditions that require strict sealing and reliable operation within the range of -40 ℃ to -196 ℃.

1. Excellent cryogenic sealing performance: The valve disc and seat sealing pair are made of metal materials that have undergone cryogenic treatment or non-metallic materials with excellent low-temperature characteristics (such as reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene), which can maintain extremely high sealing pressure and elasticity under ultra-low temperature conditions from -40 ℃ to -196 ℃, ensuring long-term tight shut-off of the valve and effectively preventing leakage of extremely low-temperature media.
2. Reliable anti freezing and anti jamming design: adopting an elongated valve cover (neck length) structure, significantly increasing the valve stem stroke, keeping the packing box and operating mechanism away from the low-temperature flow channel, forming a reliable "thermal isolation zone". This can effectively prevent the packing from freezing due to low temperature, ensure flexible operation of the valve stem, and avoid opening and closing jamming caused by ice blockage or cold shrinkage.
3. Optimized low-temperature materials and structures: Key pressure bearing components such as valve bodies, valve covers, and valve discs are made of high-quality materials resistant to low-temperature impact, such as austenitic stainless steel, and undergo strict cryogenic treatment to stabilize the metal structure, ensuring excellent toughness and mechanical strength even at extreme low temperatures, and eliminating the risk of low-temperature brittleness.
4. Compact, lightweight, and easy to install: Adopting internal thread (G or Rp thread) connection method, the structure is compact, the volume is small, and the weight is light. It can be directly screwed with pipeline threads without the need for matching flanges, making installation simple and fast. It is particularly suitable for low-temperature devices and equipment interfaces with limited space or dense pipe layout.
5. Smooth operation and simple maintenance: driven by the handwheel, the transmission is smooth and the opening and closing torque is moderate. The valve structure is classic, with few internal components and a low failure rate. Once maintenance is required, the packing or valve seat seal can be replaced online, with low maintenance costs and ease.
6. Wide adaptability to low-temperature media: Designed specifically for various low-temperature and ultra-low temperature media such as liquefied natural gas, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied ethylene, and liquid carbon dioxide, it is widely used in pipeline systems for LNG refueling, air separation, cold energy utilization, low-temperature storage and transportation, and scientific research experiments. It is a key equipment for achieving reliable cut-off of low-temperature media.
