DJ64F socket welded low-temperature angle globe valve is a special angle structure valve designed specifically for deep cold working conditions. It drives the valve disc to move vertically along the centerline of the valve seat through the valve stem, achieving reliable opening and closing and flow regulation of the pipeline. The core of its design lies in the use of a 90 ° angle flow channel structure, which can change the flow direction of the medium and reduce the installation of pipeline bends. At the same time, the valve body is forged and made of low-temperature toughness materials such as austenitic stainless steel, ensuring excellent impact resistance and structural integrity in extremely low temperature environments. The key components of the valve are treated with cryogenic technology and special sealing design, combined with an extended valve cover structure to effectively isolate the influence of low-temperature media on the packing box and operating mechanism, preventing frost and operational blockage caused by cold leakage. The valve adopts socket welding connection method, which achieves permanent sealing connection through groove welding between the pipeline and the valve body. It is suitable for high-pressure and high-risk low-temperature pipeline systems. Valves can be driven by manual devices or matching electric/pneumatic devices to convert input force into linear motion of the valve disc, achieving smooth and reliable opening, closing, and regulating control. This valve is designed specifically for the transportation of ultra-low temperature media such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and ethylene. It is particularly suitable for harsh operating conditions that require compact installation, high sealing, and long-term stable operation in cryogenic environments ranging from -46 ℃ to -196 ℃ in fields such as air separation units, liquefied gas storage and transportation, low-temperature chemical engineering, and aerospace.

1. Special cryogenic structure and material design: adopting a 90 ° angle valve body structure, optimizing pipeline layout, and reducing the installation of elbows; The valve body is made of forged austenitic stainless steel or low-temperature alloy steel, which undergoes cryogenic treatment to ensure excellent toughness even in ultra-low temperature environments of -196 ℃ and below, completely avoiding the risk of low-temperature brittle fracture.
2. Reliable cryogenic sealing system: The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat are made of cobalt based hard alloys (such as Stellite) or reinforced stainless steel materials, which are precisely ground and matched; Combined with elastic load sealing design, it compensates for low-temperature shrinkage deformation and achieves zero leakage sealing under extreme temperature alternating conditions.
3. Effective cooling isolation design: adopting an elongated valve cover structure, significantly increasing the distance between the valve stem and the low-temperature flow channel, effectively blocking the conduction of cooling to the packing box and actuator, preventing external frosting and freezing, and ensuring stable operation of the operating mechanism at room temperature.
4. High pressure compact connection method: using socket welding connection interface, achieving permanent integrated connection with the pipeline through full penetration groove welding, with absolutely reliable sealing, high strength, and few leakage points, especially suitable for high-pressure, high-risk and low-temperature medium pipeline systems.
5. Suitable for ultra-low temperature harsh media: specially designed for liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid ethylene and other media, with materials and structures that meet cryogenic standards, suitable for key fields such as air separation, LNG receiving stations, low-temperature storage and transportation, and specialty chemicals.
6. Stable operation and flexible configuration: The valve stem adopts a lifting and non rotating design, with small opening and closing torque and smooth action; The standard configuration is manual operation (with an extended handwheel for easy operation outside the insulation layer), and optional pneumatic and electric actuators can be equipped to achieve remote automation control and precise adjustment.
