The DJ541 bevel gear low temperature globe valve is a type of globe valve specifically designed for low-temperature operating conditions and equipped with a bevel gear transmission device. It utilizes the bevel gear mechanism to drive the stem and disc, enabling them to perform a vertical lifting motion along the centerline of the seat, achieving reliable opening and closing of the medium in the pipeline. Its core design feature is the adoption of an extended bonnet structure, which positions the stuffing box away from the low-temperature medium area, ensuring the packing operates at near-ambient temperature. This guarantees the valve maintains good sealing performance and operational reliability under low-temperature conditions. The valve's closure member is a plug-type disc, with sealing surfaces designed as flat or tapered surfaces. The disc moves linearly along the centerline of the fluid. The valve uses a flange connection, secured by bolts to the pipeline flange, offering a compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance. The bevel gear transmission is suitable for larger diameter valves or those requiring higher operating torque. The gear reduction mechanism significantly reduces the operating force, making opening and closing control lighter and smoother. The stem movement type is typically the rising stem type (stem rises, handwheel does not rise), utilizing bevel gear transmission and threaded transmission to efficiently convert rotational force into the linear motion of the stem and disc, achieving stable and sensitive opening and closing control. The opening and closing process is smooth and controllable, effectively reducing operating effort while maintaining precise control of the valve position.

The structure is robust, ensuring a long service life. The overall design is simple with fewer potential failure points, making routine maintenance and seal replacement relatively convenient.
6、Widely Applicable for Low-Temperature Media and Large-Diameter Pipelines: Specifically designed for pipeline systems handling low-temperature media like liquefied natural gas, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and low-temperature ethylene. It is particularly suitable for large-diameter pipelines or low-temperature applications requiring frequent operation or higher operating torque, meeting the demands of industries such as petrochemicals, air separation, and liquefied gas storage and transportation for large-diameter low-temperature valves.
