Overview
The J11T Cast Iron Female Thread Stop Valve is a commonly used cast iron stop valve. By rotating the handwheel, it drives the stem and disc to perform a vertical lifting motion along the centerline of the seat, achieving reliable opening and closing of the medium in the pipeline. Its core design feature lies in the valve body being integrally cast from gray cast iron material, offering a compact structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance, sealing surfaces that are not easily worn or scratched, good sealing performance, and a long service life. The valve's closure member is a plug-type disc, with sealing surfaces designed as flat or tapered surfaces. The disc moves linearly along the centerline of the fluid. The valve uses a female thread connection, directly screwing into the piping system via pipe threads. This installation method is simple and occupies minimal space. The stem movement type is typically the rising stem type (stem rises, handwheel does not rise), utilizing threaded transmission to convert rotational force into the linear motion of the stem and disc, achieving stable and sensitive opening and closing control. This valve is suitable for pipeline systems conveying water and steam media with operating temperatures ≤200°C. It is widely used in applications requiring fluid shut-off or passage in water supply and drainage, heating, HVAC, and medium/low-pressure pipelines, particularly suitable for pipeline conditions with nominal pressure PN1.6 and diameters DN15~DN50.
