The J11W brass internal thread globe valve is a versatile valve constructed from high-quality copper alloy and featuring an internal thread connection design. It operates by rotating the handwheel to drive the valve stem and disc along the vertical axis of the seat, enabling reliable opening, closing, and flow control of pipelines.
The core design lies in the use of high-purity copper alloy casting for critical components such as the valve body, bonnet, and disc, which provides excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and machinability for effective sealing. This makes it particularly suitable for water, steam, oil products, and mildly corrosive media.
The valve sealing pair adopts a conical or planar precision fit structure, combined with an elastic gasket or self-centering design, ensuring tight sealing under normal temperature and medium-to-low-pressure conditions. The valve employs an internal thread connection method, allowing direct installation by screwing onto the pipeline system via pipe threads, resulting in a compact structure and easy assembly/disassembly.
