The GA44H double-lever safety valve is a heavy-hammer safety valve featuring a double-lever series amplification mechanism and alloy steel sealing. It amplifies the force of the heavy hammer twice through a two-stage lever system, thereby achieving greater sealing force with a smaller hammer or setting for higher pressure. When the system pressure exceeds the mechanical force set by the lever ratio and the position of the heavy hammer, the valve disc is lifted to relieve pressure; after the pressure recovers, it closes under the action of the heavy hammer. The "H" represents that the sealing surface is made of alloy steel material. This design maintains the advantages of stability and reliability of lever valves while expanding their pressure application range. It is a classic mechanical safety device used in traditional industries for medium and high pressure, large displacement conditions. It was widely used in early medium and high pressure power station boilers, industrial power boilers, large pressure vessels, and marine steam systems. In modern times, due to its complex structure, large size, and relatively inconvenient adjustment, it has been largely replaced by high-performance spring-loaded safety valves and pilot-operated safety valves. Currently, it is mainly used for maintenance and replacement of specific traditional equipment, or in some special industrial applications where such specifications are still required.

Features:
1. Double-lever series amplification, expanding the pressure range
By employing a series connection of primary and secondary levers, the gravitational force of the heavy hammer is amplified twice, enabling the achievement of a higher set pressure with a relatively smaller heavy hammer, or making the heavy hammer configuration more reasonable and the operation more effortless under high pressure settings.
2. Alloy steel hard seal (Type "H")
The sealing surface between the valve disc and the valve seat is built up with alloy steel (such as 13Cr), which boasts high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and reliable sealing. It is suitable for media such as steam.
3. The pressure setting is stable with good repeatability
Based on the lever principle and gravity, it is designed to maintain stable pressure, which is essentially unaffected by temperature or long-term inactivity. It exhibits high repeatability and has a long maintenance cycle.
4. Robust structure, potential for large displacement
The mechanical structure is simple and sturdy, with strong anti-interference capability. It can drive large-sized valve discs to achieve full-opening action and possesses high discharge capacity.
5. No external power required, inherently safe and reliable
It operates solely through gravity and mechanical leverage, without relying on springs or any external power source. It is suitable for use in environments without a power source or in explosion-proof settings, and is intrinsically safe.
