The A46F pilot-operated safety valve is a high-precision, large-capacity safety valve that utilizes a pilot valve to control the action of the main valve. It consists of a pilot valve (pulse valve) and a main valve. System pressure is transmitted to the pilot valve through a pressure guiding pipe. When the pressure exceeds the set value, the pilot valve acts first, which in turn controls the main valve to quickly and smoothly fully open or fully close. The "F" in its name represents that the sealing surface is directly machined from the valve body material. This structure is particularly suitable for high-pressure, large-diameter applications or situations requiring high sealing performance, precise opening and closing, and remote control. It overcomes the disadvantages of traditional spring-loaded safety valves, which are bulky and difficult to adjust when dealing with large diameters. 1. Pilot control, precise action. It senses and controls pressure through a small pilot valve, ensuring smooth opening and closing of the main valve without chatter. The pressure difference during opening and closing is minimal, and the sealing performance is excellent, making it suitable for systems sensitive to pressure fluctuations.
