KA21W sulfur resistant safety valve is a special safety valve designed specifically for acidic media environments containing hydrogen sulfide (H2S). It adopts special sulfur resistant materials and processes, and the core pressure bearing components and internal parts (such as valve body, valve disc, valve stem) are strictly selected and treated, possessing excellent resistance to sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) and hydrogen induced cracking (HIC). When the system pressure exceeds the preset safe value, the valve automatically opens to release pressure; Automatically shut down after pressure recovery. The "W" - shaped valve body sealing surface combines sulfur resistance with economy, making it a key safety equipment for handling acidic media in the petroleum, natural gas, and chemical industries. Mainly installed on pressure vessels and pipeline systems in environments with wet hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion, such as sulfur-containing oil and gas wellhead equipment, natural gas gathering and processing plants, refinery hydrogen desulfurization units, acid gas recovery units, and coal chemical acid water stripping towers, as a special safety relief device to prevent overpressure and ensure personnel and environmental safety.

1. Sulfur resistant materials and certification
The main pressure bearing components are made of sulfur resistant materials (such as low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, special alloys) certified by standards (such as NACE MR0175/ISO 15156), and undergo appropriate heat treatment to eliminate stress, ensuring long-term safety in wet hydrogen sulfide environments.
2. Anti corrosion and hardening treatment
The surface of the internal components can undergo special hardening or coating treatment (such as nickel phosphorus plating, nitriding) to improve wear resistance and acid corrosion resistance.
3. "W" - shaped valve body sealing surface
The sealing surface is directly processed or welded from sulfur resistant valve body material, which is economical and practical, and can meet the sealing requirements of acidic medium working conditions.
4. Strict leakage control
For toxic and harmful acidic media, valve design requires lower allowable leakage rates and more rigorous sealing structures.
5. Suitable for harsh acidic environments
Specially designed for high-risk environments containing H2S and CO2, such as oil and gas field extraction, natural gas purification, sulfur-containing equipment in refineries, and acid gas treatment in coal chemical industry.
