Overview

J41W brass globe valve is a universal valve with flange connection. By rotating the handwheel to drive the valve stem and disc, it can move vertically along the center line of the valve seat, achieving reliable cutoff and flow regulation of the pipeline medium. The core of its design lies in the fact that the valve body and key components are all made of high-quality brass (copper alloy) cast as a whole, with a compact structure and good corrosion resistance. The valve adopts a sealing surface (W-shaped) directly machined from the valve body, without the need for additional sealing rings, ensuring the simplicity and reliability of the structure. The valve is connected to the pipeline system through flanges at both ends and installed securely. The valve relies on a standard handwheel for manual operation, converting rotational force into linear motion of the valve stem through threaded transmission, achieving smooth opening and closing. This valve is designed specifically for working conditions such as water, oil, steam, and general corrosive media. 1.
