Overview
The WJ40Y American standard bellows globe valve is a special valve designed with a metal bellows dynamic seal. The valve disc is driven vertically along the centerline of the valve seat by the valve stem to achieve reliable opening and closing of the pipeline and flow regulation. The core of its design is to use fully enclosed metal bellows components instead of traditional packing boxes, completely isolating the valve stem from the process medium. The elastic deformation of the bellows compensates for the valve stem stroke, thereby completely eliminating medium leakage at the valve stem. The key sealing components of the valve are made of high-quality alloy materials that are corrosion-resistant and erosion resistant. The corrugated pipe is formed by multi-layer lamination process, which has extremely high fatigue life and pressure bearing capacity, ensuring zero leakage sealing and long-term reliable operation under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, toxic and harmful, flammable and explosive. The valve strictly follows the American standard specifications such as ASME B16.34, and is connected using RF or RJ flanges. It is firmly fixed to the pipeline flange with bolts. Valves can be driven by manual devices or matching electric/pneumatic devices to convert input force into linear motion of the valve disc, achieving smooth and reliable opening, closing, and regulating control. This valve is designed specifically for process pipeline systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy that require extremely high leak control. It is particularly suitable for steam, toxic gases, volatile liquids, vacuum systems, and other hazardous or environmentally sensitive medium conditions that require absolute no leakage.

1. Absolute stem zero leakage seal: Multi layer metal bellows components are used as the core sealing structure to completely isolate the stem from the medium. The corrugated tube undergoes elastic deformation during its travel, completely eliminating the risk of medium leakage caused by wear and aging in traditional packing boxes, and achieving permanent zero leakage at the valve stem.
2. Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and harsh working conditions: The valve body and key sealing components are made of high-quality heat-resistant alloy steel or stainless steel. The corrugated pipe is formed by high-precision hydraulic molding and multi-layer welding, with excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance, and fatigue resistance. It can operate stably in high temperature, high pressure, thermal cycling, and corrosive media for a long time.
3. Double sealing and safety protection: In addition to the main seal of the corrugated pipe, the emergency packing box is still retained as the second sealing barrier. When the corrugated pipe unexpectedly fails, the packing box can temporarily provide a seal to prevent sudden large leakage of the medium, significantly improving the safety margin of system operation.
4. Low friction, long lifespan, and easy maintenance: The bellows seal does not require regular compression or replacement of packing, reducing maintenance frequency and cost. The valve stem moves within the bellows without direct friction, with stable operating torque and a service life far exceeding that of traditional packing sealed valves.
5. Compact structure and standard compatibility: Strictly designed and manufactured according to American standards such as ASME B16.34, using standard flange connections such as RF and RJ, and installation dimensions fully compatible with international common systems. Compact structure, especially suitable for situations where space is limited or installation height is required.
6. Clean and pollution-free with intelligent monitoring: The all metal sealed structure is free of any non-metallic materials, avoiding medium pollution, especially suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and high-purity chemicals. It can integrate signals such as valve opening and torque feedback, and work with intelligent actuators to achieve remote monitoring and predictive maintenance of status.
