The A61Y welded high-pressure safety valve is a specialized safety valve designed for high pressure applications, utilizing welded connections and hard alloy sealing. Both its inlet and outlet ends are pre-fabricated with welding grooves, allowing for direct butt welding with high-pressure pipelines, forming a permanent, high-strength, and zero-leakage connection. The valve features a "Y"-shaped hard alloy sealing surface, which exhibits extremely high hardness, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance. When the system pressure exceeds the preset set pressure, the valve automatically opens to release pressure; it closes automatically once the pressure is restored. This design provides reliable and compact overpressure protection specifically for harsh operating conditions characterized by high temperature, high pressure, severe vibration, or extreme requirements for connection sealing, such as main steam pipelines and hydrogenation reaction systems. It is primarily welded and installed in main steam pipelines, superheater outlets, and high-pressure water supply systems of ultra (ultra-) critical power station boilers; hydrogenation reactors and high-pressure heat exchanger outlet pipelines in the petrochemical industry; high-pressure process pipelines in synthetic ammonia and methanol plants; and key high-pressure relief points in the primary circuit auxiliary systems of nuclear power stations, where connection integrity, sealing performance, and pressure-bearing capacity are of utmost importance.

1.Welded connection ensures absolutely reliable sealing

The valve body features standard welding grooves on both ends, allowing for direct butt welding with pipelines. This eliminates the risk of leakage from flange gaskets, and the connection boasts extremely high strength, capable of withstanding high pressure, high temperature, and thermal stress cycles.

2. The sealing surface between the valve disc and the valve seat is deposited with high-hardness alloys such as Stellite, which maintains excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and tight sealing under the erosion of high-pressure, high-speed, and high-temperature media.

3.High-pressure dedicated valve structure

The valve body is forged or cast from high-strength alloy steel (such as F91, F92) and optimized through precise finite element analysis (FEA). The wall thickness and flow channel design can safely withstand extremely high operating pressures (such as PN25-PN250 or even higher levels).

4.Suitable for extreme operating conditions

The overall design is tailored for high-temperature (up to 600°C), high-pressure, and potentially severe vibration environments. Material selection and heat treatment processes ensure the long-term stability of the valve under extreme conditions.
