Overview

The J44H American Standard Angle Globe Valve is a forged or cast stop valve strictly designed in accordance with ANSI/ASME standards. It utilizes a handwheel or electric actuator to drive the stem and disc in lifting motion, achieving reliable opening and closing of media in pipeline systems.The valve body is precision-manufactured from A105 carbon steel, F304/F316 stainless steel, or alloy steel, offering compact structure, good rigidity, and reliable sealing. The closure member features a plug-type or conical disc, with sealing surfaces designed as flat or tapered surfaces. The disc moves linearly along the seat centerline to achieve strict shut-off of media flow direction.The valve adopts flanged connection in compliance with ANSI B16.5 standards, facilitating convenient installation and disassembly. The stem is of the rising type, achieving stable opening and closing control through thread transmission.

Available with manual, gear, or electric actuators, the valve is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -29℃ to +425℃. It is applicable for steam, oil, water, and weakly corrosive media, widely used in petrochemical, power, metallurgy, and pipeline transportation industries.
