Overview

J44H American Standard Angle Globe Valve is a forged or cast globe valve strictly designed in accordance with ANSI/ASME standards, achieving reliable opening and closing of pipeline media by means of a handwheel or electric actuator driving the stem and disc in a linear lifting motion. The valve body is precision cast from cast steel or stainless steel, offering a compact structure, good rigidity, and reliable sealing. The closing member is a plug-type or tapered disc, with a flat or tapered sealing surface that moves linearly along the seat centerline to achieve strict shutoff of the medium flow direction. The valve adopts a flanged connection conforming to ANSI B16.5, facilitating easy assembly and disassembly. The stem is a rising-stem type, achieving stable opening and closing control through threaded transmission. It can be optionally equipped with manual, bevel gear, or electric actuators, with an operating temperature range of -29°C to +425°C. Suitable for steam, oil, water, and mildly corrosive media, it is widely used in petrochemical, power, metallurgical, and pipeline transportation industries.
