Overview
J45F46 Lined Fluoroplastic Y-Type Globe Valve (Straight-Through Pattern) is a special valve with a full internal lining of fluoroplastic (typically FEP or similar material) and a straight-flow-path body design. It achieves reliable opening/closing and flow regulation by means of a stem that drives the disc in a vertical linear motion along the centerline of the seat. The core of the valve design lies in the dense fluoroplastic lining layer, integrally molded or sintered onto all surfaces that come into contact with the medium, including the body interior, bonnet cavity, and disc, enabling the valve to resist the attack of most highly corrosive media (such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc.). The valve adopts a straight-through (Y-type) pattern, where the body flow path is aligned or nearly aligned with the pipeline centerline; the flow direction remains largely unchanged as the fluid passes through the valve, resulting in low flow resistance and low pressure drop, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring reduced resistance or the conveyance of viscous media. Key components feature a composite structure combining a high-strength metal shell with a corrosion-resistant lining, together with special sealing and structural designs to ensure long-term sealing performance and operational stability under corrosive service conditions. The valve is flanged, with a nominal pressure rating of PN10 to PN16, and is securely bolted to pipeline flanges. The valve can be operated manually (e.g., via a handwheel) or with a compatible electric/pneumatic actuator, converting the input force into linear motion of the disc for smooth and reliable opening, closing, and regulating control. This valve is specifically designed for highly corrosive process piping systems in industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, electroplating, and environmental protection, and is particularly suitable for severe service conditions requiring low flow resistance, long-distance transportation, or the handling of highly corrosive media with high viscosity.

1. Excellent corrosion resistance: All internal surfaces of the valve that come into contact with the medium are lined with a dense layer of fluoroplastic (F46), which has excellent chemical inertness and can withstand the corrosion of most strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents and other highly corrosive media, fundamentally solving the problem of valve corrosion and extending its service life.
2. Reliable sealing and structural design: Combining the forced sealing principle of the DC valve body and globe valve. The sealing pair (valve disc/seat) is usually made of precision machined and performance matched fluoroplastics or reinforced materials, ensuring reliable cut-off sealing. The valve stem packing box adopts multi-layer corrosion-resistant packing and adjustable clamping structure to form an effective dynamic seal, preventing the medium from leaking out along the valve stem.
3. Extremely low flow resistance and energy-saving efficiency: The direct flow channel design allows the medium to flow almost in a straight line when passing through the valve, making the channel smooth and without obvious directional changes, significantly reducing fluid resistance and pressure loss. This feature is particularly suitable for pipelines that are sensitive to system pressure drop, require reduced pumping energy consumption, or transport high viscosity corrosive media.
4. Stable operation and easy maintenance: Using standard flange connection (), easy installation and reliable connection. The valve stem transmission structure is designed reasonably, with small operating torque and smooth opening and closing. The fluorine lined structure completely isolates corrosion within the inner lining layer, and the external metal components of the valve body do not require special anti-corrosion treatment. Daily maintenance mainly focuses on checking the sealing of the packing, with a small and simple maintenance workload.
5. Wide applicability to working conditions: Designed specifically for highly corrosive media working conditions, it is widely used in various corrosive fluid pipeline systems in industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, metallurgy, and environmental protection. Its low flow resistance characteristics make it particularly suitable for main pipelines, long-distance conveying pipelines, and situations that require precise flow control or strict requirements for system pressure fluctuations.
6. Balancing economy and safety: While providing corrosion resistance comparable to the overall special alloy valve, the manufacturing cost is significantly reduced, resulting in a high cost-effectiveness. The reliable sealing performance effectively prevents the leakage of dangerous, toxic, or expensive corrosive media, ensuring personnel safety, production continuity, and environmental safety, with low overall operational risks.
