Overview
The J45F46 fluorine lined DC globe valve is a special valve that adopts a full cavity fluorine lined plastic (usually FEP or similar material) anti-corrosion design, and the valve body has a straight flow channel. It drives the valve disc vertically up and down along the centerline of the valve seat through the valve stem, achieving reliable opening and closing of the pipeline and flow regulation. The design core of this valve lies in the fact that all surfaces in contact with the medium, such as the inner wall of the valve body, the inner cavity of the valve cover, and the valve disc, are integrally molded or sintered with a dense fluoroplastic lining layer, which enables it to withstand the corrosion of the vast majority of highly corrosive media (such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc.). The valve adopts a direct flow structure, and the valve body flow channel is in a straight line or approximately straight line with the centerline of the pipeline. When the fluid passes through the valve, the flow direction is basically unchanged, the flow resistance is small, and the pressure loss is low. It is particularly suitable for working conditions that require reducing resistance or transporting viscous media. The key components of the valve adopt a composite structure of high-strength metal shell and corrosion-resistant lining, and adopt special sealing and structural design to ensure long-term sealing and operational stability under corrosive working conditions. The valve adopts flange connection, with a nominal pressure rating of , and is firmly fixed to the pipeline flange through bolts. Valves can be driven by manual devices (such as handwheels) or matching electric/pneumatic devices to convert input force into linear motion of the valve disc, achieving smooth and reliable opening, closing, and regulating control. This valve is designed specifically for highly corrosive process pipeline systems in industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, dyes, electroplating, and environmental protection. It is particularly suitable for harsh working conditions that require low flow resistance, long-distance transportation, or transportation of highly corrosive media with high viscosity.

1. Excellent corrosion resistance: All internal surfaces of the valve that come into contact with the medium are lined with a dense layer of fluoroplastic (F46), which has excellent chemical inertness and can withstand the corrosion of most strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents and other highly corrosive media, fundamentally solving the problem of valve corrosion and extending its service life.
2. Reliable sealing and structural design: Combining the forced sealing principle of the DC valve body and globe valve. The sealing pair (valve disc/seat) is usually made of precision machined and performance matched fluoroplastics or reinforced materials, ensuring reliable cut-off sealing. The valve stem packing box adopts multi-layer corrosion-resistant packing and adjustable clamping structure to form an effective dynamic seal, preventing the medium from leaking out along the valve stem.
3. Extremely low flow resistance and energy-saving efficiency: The direct flow channel design allows the medium to flow almost in a straight line when passing through the valve, making the channel smooth and without obvious directional changes, significantly reducing fluid resistance and pressure loss. This feature is particularly suitable for pipelines that are sensitive to system pressure drop, require reduced pumping energy consumption, or transport high viscosity corrosive media.
4. Stable operation and easy maintenance: Using standard flange connection (), easy installation and reliable connection. The valve stem transmission structure is designed reasonably, with small operating torque and smooth opening and closing. The fluorine lined structure completely isolates corrosion within the inner lining layer, and the external metal components of the valve body do not require special anti-corrosion treatment. Daily maintenance mainly focuses on checking the sealing of the packing, with a small and simple maintenance workload.

The reliable sealing performance effectively prevents the leakage of dangerous, toxic, or expensive corrosive media, ensuring personnel safety, production continuity, and environmental safety, with low overall operational risks.
