DH11W Cryogenic Check Valve Overview

The DH11W cryogenic check valve is an automatic valve specially designed for ultra-low temperature service, featuring an internal thread connection and a lift-type structure. It is suitable for media such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquid ethylene. The valve body and critical components are made of cast stainless steel. The disc is manufactured from copper alloy, and the sealing ring utilizes cryogenic-specific materials such as PCTFE (Polychlorotrifluoroethylene), ensuring sealing reliability at -196°C. The valve opens and closes automatically by the flow of the medium itself: forward flow lifts the disc to open the valve, while reverse flow, combined with the disc's (self-weight), forces the disc to close automatically, preventing backflow. This valve has a nominal pressure rating of PN1.6MPa and must be installed horizontally. It is widely used in small-diameter piping systems within air separation units, cryogenic storage and transportation, and the petrochemical industry.

2.  Lift-Type Structure for Reliable Seal: Utilizes a lift-type design where the disc moves vertically, ensuring tight engagement with the seat. It provides quick and reliable closure, effectively preventing medium backflow.

3.  Cryogenic Treatment and Low-Temperature Materials: The valve body is made of cast stainless steel, and the disc is made of copper alloy. All components undergo low-temperature pre-treatment to prevent sealing deformation and leakage caused by temperature fluctuations during service.

4.  Wide Applicable Temperature Range: Suitable for temperatures ranging from -198°C to +80°C, meeting the service requirements of various ultra-low temperature media such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquefied natural gas.

5.  Compact Structure with Strict Installation Orientation: Features small structural dimensions and light weight. However, it must be installed strictly horizontally to ensure the disc falls back freely by gravity, guaranteeing reliable check valve function.
