The DQ41F Forged Stainless Steel Cryogenic Ball Valve is a high-performance ball valve specifically designed for cryogenic services. It features a forged stainless steel body and a flanged connection. This valve is suitable for ultra-low temperature media such as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquid ethylene.The valve body and key components are manufactured from forged stainless steel materials such as F304 and F316L. These components undergo a rigorous deep cryogenic treatment process, where rough-machined parts are immersed in a cooling medium for several hours (typically 12 hours) to relieve internal stresses. This ensures excellent low-temperature toughness and dimensional stability at temperatures as low as -196°C.The valve incorporates an extended bonnet design, which positions the stuffing box away from the cold zone. This prevents the packing from freezing and mitigates valve stem seizure, ensuring flexible and reliable operation. The sealing surfaces between the ball and the valve seat utilize PTFE or other specialized soft sealing materials suitable for cryogenic applications. The valve operates by rotating the ball 90 degrees to open or close.This valve is widely used in LNG terminals, air separation units, cryogenic storage and transportation systems, and low-temperature installations in the petrochemical industry. It is a critical piece of equipment for achieving reliable shut-off under ultra-low temperature working conditions.

1. High-Pressure Capability of Forged Stainless Steel: Constructed from forged stainless steel materials (F304/F316L), the valve features a uniform and dense structure with high mechanical strength. It can withstand higher working pressures (PN1.6-16.0MPa), making it suitable for high-pressure cryogenic applications.
2. Deep Cryogenic Treatment Process: All key components undergo deep cryogenic treatment to relieve machining stresses. This ensures material toughness and dimensional stability at -196°C, preventing brittle fracture and leakage due to deformation under low temperatures.
3. Extended Bonnet Anti-Freezing Design: The long-neck bonnet structure effectively lengthens the path for cold conduction, keeping the stuffing box in a higher temperature zone. This prevents the packing from freezing and the valve stem from seizing, ensuring flexible and reliable operation.
4. Specialized Cryogenic Sealing System: The valve seat utilizes PTFE or other specialized soft sealing materials for low-temperature service. These materials exhibit low shrinkage rates at cryogenic temperatures, providing excellent sealing performance and ensuring bidirectional zero leakage.
5. Lightweight Structure with Minimal Heat Loss: To reduce heat loss from the valve body and ensure performance under ultra-low temperatures, the body is intentionally designed with a lightweight and compact structure. This effectively minimizes the loss of cold energy.
