KA41H micro opening sulfur resistant safety valve is a special spring safety valve designed specifically for acidic corrosive media such as hydrogen sulfide (H ₂ S). It adopts a micro opening structure and alloy steel sulfur resistant seal. The key components such as the valve body, valve disc, and spring are all made of sulfur resistant materials that comply with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 standards, and have undergone special processing to effectively resist sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) and hydrogen induced cracking (HIC). When the system pressure exceeds the set safe value, the valve will slightly open and release; Automatically shuts off after pressure recovery, suitable for working conditions in acidic environments that require precise control of release volume. It is mainly used in situations where there is a risk of wet H ₂ S corrosion, such as the produced water system in acidic oil and gas fields, desulfurization units in natural gas purification plants, acid water stripping towers in refineries, sulfur-containing chemical reaction vessels, and pressure relief systems in oil and gas transmission pipelines. It serves as a key safety pressure relief protection equipment.

Features:

1. Full sulfur resistant material certification

All pressure bearing components in contact with the medium (valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve stem) are made of NACE certified sulfur resistant materials (such as A105N, F316L, F6a, etc.) to ensure long-term safety in wet hydrogen sulfide environments.

2. Micro opening structure, precise release

The valve disc has a small opening height and moderate discharge capacity, suitable for liquid or acidic medium systems that require controlled discharge, reducing the loss of valuable or harmful media.

3. Alloy steel hard seal ("H" type)

The sealing surface is welded with sulfur resistant alloy steel, which not only has sulfur resistance but also ensures the reliability of hard sealing under high temperature and high pressure.

4. Sulfur resistant spring design

Both the spring material and protective coating consider sulfur resistance requirements to prevent hydrogen embrittlement and corrosion, ensuring long-term stability of elasticity.

5. Strict leakage level control

For toxic acidic media, valve sealing design is more stringent, striving to achieve lower leakage rates (such as complying with API 527 standards).
