AHN42F parallel safety reflux valve is a special valve that integrates safety relief and check functions, designed specifically for pump outlet pipelines and pressure systems that require prevention of medium backflow. It adopts a parallel valve disc structure, and the valve disc moves parallel to the fluid channel inside the valve body, with smooth opening and closing. When the system pressure exceeds the set safe value, the valve opens as a safety valve to release pressure; When the pump stops or the downstream pressure is higher than the upstream, the valve acts as a check valve and automatically closes to prevent the medium from flowing back. The sealing surface is directly processed from the valve body material ("F" type), which is economical and durable. This valve is dual-use, simplifying pipeline design and providing integrated safety protection and hydraulic control for pumps and pressure systems. Mainly installed in the outlet pipeline of centrifugal pumps, water supply systems, fire pump sets, industrial circulating water systems, petrochemical plants, and boiler feedwater systems. Used to prevent system overpressure, avoid backflow and water hammer hazards during pump shutdown, and prevent medium backflow from causing damage to the pump, it is a commonly used multifunctional protective valve in pump pipelines.

Features:
1. Dual function of safety pressure relief and check
Integrated safety valve and check valve. Automatically activate the relief protection system when overpressure occurs; Automatically shut off when the pump stops or the back pressure increases to prevent medium backflow and water hammer hazards.

The valve disc moves parallel to the fluid channel, with smooth opening and closing, low flow resistance, uniform wear of the sealing pair, and long service life.
