A21W with welded pipe safety valve is an automatic pressure relief device used to protect the safety of pressure equipment. It adopts the principle of direct spring loading and a micro opening valve disc structure, balancing the system medium pressure through a precisely set spring preload force. When the system pressure exceeds the preset opening pressure, the valve disc slightly opens to release the medium; Automatically shuts off when the pressure drops back to the specified value. The external thread connection method makes its structure compact and easy to install directly on pipelines or equipment interfaces. It is a key accessory to prevent system overpressure and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. Mainly installed on designated interfaces of pressure systems such as small pressure vessels, water pump outlets, hydraulic systems, air compressor storage tanks, boiler feedwater systems, instrument air ducts, and chemical equipment, as the last line of safety protection to prevent excessive system pressure caused by pressure regulation failure, thermal expansion, or other faults.

Features
1. Welding connection, reliable sealing
The valve body inlet and outlet come with standard sized welded short pipes, which can be directly welded to the pipeline. High connection strength, no leakage risk, able to effectively withstand system thermal stress and mechanical vibration.
2. Spring micro opening structure
Adopting a direct load spring mechanism and a micro opening valve disc, the action response is fast, the opening height is small, and it is suitable for liquid media or situations requiring small displacement pressure relief.
3. Directly machining the sealing surface of the valve body ("W" type)
The sealing surface is directly processed or welded from the valve body material, with a sturdy structure and good economy, suitable for non corrosive media such as water, steam, and oil.
4. Compact structure, adjustable pressure
The overall design is compact. By adjusting the screw, the spring preload can be limited, thereby setting the accurate opening pressure (set pressure) to meet the safety requirements of different systems.
