The ZL self-operated flow control valve is an energy-saving device that utilizes the energy of the regulated medium itself to maintain a constant flow rate without the need for external power. The valve primarily consists of a regulating body, an actuator, and an orifice plate with preset resistance. Its operating principle involves a built-in pressure compensation mechanism that senses the differential pressure across the orifice in real-time. By automatically adjusting the plug opening to maintain a dynamic balance between the medium pressure and spring force, it ensures the output flow remains at the set value despite fluctuations in network pressure.
