The DJ944W electric cryogenic angle globe valve is a low-temperature-specific globe valve driven by an electric actuator and featuring an angle-style body design. It is suitable for ultra-low temperature media such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon. The valve body adopts an angle structure, allowing the medium to change direction only once, resulting in lower flow resistance compared to straight-through globe valves. Key components of the valve are manufactured from low-temperature-resistant materials and undergo deep cryogenic treatment to eliminate residual stress, ensuring low-temperature toughness and dimensional stability at -196°C. The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat utilize metal hard sealing or hardfacing with hard alloy, with opening and closing achieved through stem lifting driven by an electric actuator. Widely used in LNG receiving terminals, air separation units, low-temperature storage and transportation, and petrochemical low-temperature facilities, it is critical equipment for automated shut-off control under ultra-low temperature conditions.

1. Integrated Electric Intelligent Control: Equipped with an electric actuator supporting both on-off and modulating control, accepting standard signals such as 4-20mA, enabling remote automatic operation. Features include overload protection, temperature protection, and manual operation capabilities, facilitating integration into automated systems.
2. Low Flow Resistance with Angle Structure: The angle-style design allows the medium to change direction only once, resulting in lower pressure loss compared to straight-through globe valves. Particularly suitable for installation at pipeline corners, saving valuable space.
3. Ultra-Low Temperature Materials and Cryogenic Treatment: The valve body is constructed from stainless steel or low-temperature alloy steel, subjected to deep cryogenic treatment for stress relief, ensuring low-temperature toughness and dimensional stability at -196°C, preventing brittle fracture, deformation, and leakage at cryogenic temperatures.
4. Durable Metal Hard Sealing: The disc and seat sealing surfaces are hardfaced with hard alloy, providing resistance to low-temperature impact, erosion, and wear. This ensures reliable sealing under ultra-low temperature conditions with extended service life.
5. Reliable Structure and Wide Applicability: Intended for fully open and fully closed positions only, not for regulation or throttling.
