The DZ61W American Standard Cryogenic Welded Gate Valve is a high-performance gate valve specifically designed for cryogenic services, featuring a forged steel body and welded end connections. It is strictly manufactured in accordance with American API standards and is suitable for ultra-low temperature media such as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, liquid ammonia, and liquid ethylene.The valve body and key components are manufactured from A350 LF2/LF3 low-temperature alloy steel or F304/F316L forged stainless steel. These components undergo deep cryogenic treatment to eliminate residual stresses, ensuring excellent low-temperature toughness and dimensional stability at temperatures as low as -196°C.The valve incorporates an extended bonnet design, with the bonnet length determined based on the operating temperature. This positions the stuffing box away from the cold zone, preventing the packing from freezing and mitigating valve stem seizure.This valve is widely used in LNG terminals, air separation units, petrochemical low-temperature installations, and energy systems. 2.  Permanent Sealing with Welded Connection: Featuring socket weld or butt weld connections that integrate the valve with the pipeline, this design completely eliminates the risk of leakage at connection points. It is ideal for cryogenic systems where leakage is not permitted.
