Overview

YJ41W Oxygen Globe Valve is a special valve designed specifically for oxygen media. It achieves pipeline opening, closing, and flow regulation by driving the valve disc vertically up and down along the centerline of the valve seat channel through the valve stem. Its key components are made of materials that have undergone strict degreasing treatment, and adopt oil free design and anti-static structure to eliminate safety hazards and ensure absolute safety in oxygen rich environments. Valves are usually connected by flanges and firmly fixed to pipeline flanges with bolts. Valves rely on manual or matching electric devices to drive the valve stem, converting input force into linear motion of the valve disc, thereby achieving reliable and smooth opening and closing or regulating control. This valve is designed specifically for oxygen delivery systems in metallurgy, chemical engineering, and other fields, and is particularly suitable for high-pressure, high-purity oxygen operating conditions that require extremely high safety, cleanliness, and sealing.

1. High cleanliness and safety: The valve body and internal components are made of all stainless steel and undergo strict degreasing, cleaning, and oil prohibition treatment. The sealing parts are made of flame-retardant materials to ensure compatibility with high-purity oxygen, eliminate the risk of combustion and explosion, and meet the safety requirements for special working conditions of oxygen media.

2. Excellent sealing performance: The valve disc and seat sealing pair are precision ground and matched, combined with the high thrust output of the electric actuator, to achieve reliable and tight line or surface contact sealing, reaching ANSI Class VI and above levels, effectively preventing oxygen leakage.

3. Resistance to high-speed airflow erosion: The flow channel design takes into account both flow control and structural strength. The key sealing area is made of hardened or special alloy materials, which can operate for a long time in high-pressure and high-speed oxygen media, resist airflow erosion, and maintain sealing integrity.

4. Precise control and stable adjustment: Combined with high-precision electric actuators and positioning feedback systems, it achieves smooth lifting and precise control of valve disc opening, supports flow and pressure regulation in process automation, and operates stably and reliably.

5. Sturdy structure, pressure and temperature resistance: High strength pressure bearing materials (such as CF8, 316L, etc.) are selected, and the valve body structure is designed to meet high-pressure oxygen working conditions, which can adapt to higher working pressures and temperatures, ensuring structural safety during long-term operation.

6. Intelligent driving and integrated control: equipped with multi turn intelligent electric actuators, supporting various control methods such as analog signals and digital communication, with overload protection, status feedback, fault diagnosis, and power-off self maintenance functions, making it easy to access automation systems for remote centralized control and intelligent management.
