The GHF-1 explosion-proof flame arrestor vent cap is a explosion-proof flame arresting venting device installed on the vent ports of small tanks, fuel oil tanks, or pipeline vents. It features a built-in stainless steel corrugated plate flame arrestor element, allowing free gas breathing due to pressure changes while effectively preventing external flame ingress and backfire explosions. The housing adopts an explosion-proof design, with a rain cover and insect screen on top. Its core purpose is to provide combined explosion-proof, flame arrestor, and atmospheric venting functions for gas station underground tanks, generator fuel tanks, small oil tanks, chemical solvent drums, and day tanks, ensuring tank pressure balance and fire safety.

Features:

1. Integrated explosion-proof and flame arresting: Built-in stainless steel corrugated plate flame arrestor element effectively quenches external flames while meeting installation requirements in hazardous areas.

2. Complete breathing function: Allows free gas flow in/out due to temperature changes or liquid transfer, maintaining atmospheric pressure and preventing overpressure or vacuum.
