The QFQ all-weather storage tank breather valve is an automatic pressure balancing device installed on the top of fixed roof tanks. It independently operates the pressure disc and vacuum disc to intelligently regulate the pressure difference between the tank interior and the atmosphere. When the tank pressure rises to the set opening pressure, the pressure disc opens to release excess gas; when the tank vacuum reaches the set value, the vacuum disc opens to admit external air, effectively preventing tank deformation or rupture due to overpressure or excessive vacuum. The valve features an all-weather rainproof and dustproof structure. Its core purpose is to provide safe and reliable breathing protection for various liquid storage tanks in petroleum, chemical, storage and transportation industries, automatically balancing the pressure difference inside and outside the tank during filling, discharging, or ambient temperature changes, reducing media evaporation loss, and ensuring tank structural safety and environmental compliance.

Features:
1. All-weather protection design: A rain cover on top prevents rain, dust, and debris from entering, ensuring normal operation in harsh weather.
2. Independent dual disc operation: Pressure and vacuum discs operate independently without interference, achieving precise control of set pressure and vacuum opening/closing.
3. Reliable sealing with set pressure opening/closing: Flat or tapered hard seals (soft seal ring optional) provide stable opening and reseating pressures with zero leakage when closed.
4. Multiple materials for corrosion resistance: Body available in cast steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy; discs and internal parts optionally in stainless steel or PTFE, suitable for oil, chemical solvents, and other media.
5. Optional flame arrestor structure: Can be equipped with an internal flame arrestor layer (corrugated plate or wire mesh) to prevent external flames from entering the tank, meeting fire protection requirements for petrochemical storage tanks.
6. Large ventilation capacity with low pressure drop: Optimized flow path ensures low breathing resistance and high capacity, maintaining stable pressure during rapid filling or discharging.
7. Easy maintenance: Simple structure with removable disc assembly for convenient periodic inspection and cleaning, ensuring breathing sensitivity.
8. Compliant with relevant standards: Designed and manufactured according to SY/T 0511 “Breathing valve for petroleum storage tank” and other standards.
