The HX/HXF-1 two-way dual-nozzle breather valve is a two-way breather valve installed on the top of fixed roof tanks, featuring two independent external piping connections (dual nozzles) for vent gas discharge and intake gas supply respectively, integrating pressure relief, vacuum intake, and flame arrestor functions. When the tank pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure disc opens to discharge volatile vapors through the flame arrestor and one nozzle to a recovery or treatment system; when vacuum occurs inside the tank, the vacuum disc opens to introduce blanketing gas (e.g., nitrogen) or air through the other nozzle to maintain pressure balance. Its core purpose is to achieve controlled emission of tank breather vapors and safe gas intake, while the built-in flame arrestor prevents external flame ingress, meeting environmental, safety, and explosion-proof code requirements.
