The QHXF-89 all-weather anti-freeze flame arrestor breather valve is a safety protection device installed on the top of fixed roof tanks, integrating pressure/vacuum automatic regulation, flame arrestor, and anti-freeze functions. When the tank pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure disc opens to release excess gas; when the tank vacuum reaches the set value, the vacuum disc opens to admit air; the built-in flame arrestor layer effectively blocks external flame ingress; the valve body and internal structure feature an anti-freeze design to prevent ice formation in the condensed water at low temperatures, avoiding disc sticking. Its core purpose is to provide all-weather breathing protection for flammable and explosive media storage tanks in petroleum, chemical and other industries, automatically balancing tank pressure while providing fire and anti-freeze protection, ensuring safe tank operation and environmental compliance in harsh cold climates.

Features
1. Integrated anti-freeze design: The disc guide sleeve and sealing surfaces are made of special anti-freeze materials or equipped with electric tracing interfaces to prevent ice formation and disc failure at low temperatures, suitable for severe cold regions.
2. Fire and explosion-proof flame arrestor layer: Built-in stainless steel corrugated plate flame arrestor core effectively blocks external flame propagation, meeting petrochemical tank fire protection standards.
3. Independent dual disc operation: Pressure disc and vacuum disc operate independently for precise set-pressure relief and set-vacuum intake control.
4. Set-pressure operation with reliable sealing: Disc and seat adopt hard seal or composite soft-hard seal, with stable opening and reseating pressures and zero leakage when closed.
5. All-weather protection structure: Rain and dust cover on top with internal drain slots prevent water accumulation, suitable for various harsh environments.
6. Corrosion-resistant materials: Body available in aluminum alloy, cast steel, or stainless steel; discs and flame arrestor core in stainless steel for corrosive media.
7. Large ventilation capacity with low pressure drop: Optimized flow path ensures low breathing resistance and stable tank pressure during rapid filling or discharging.
8. Easy maintenance: Removable flame arrestor core for cleaning, simple disc assembly disassembly for periodic inspection and maintenance.
