The ZGB-1 corrugated plate flame arrester for petroleum storage tanks is a flame arrestor safety device installed on tank breather lines, vent systems, or vapor recovery pipelines. It adopts stainless steel corrugated plate (corrugated tube) as the flame arresting element. The element quenches flames through the narrow gaps of the corrugated channels, effectively preventing external flame propagation into the storage tank. This flame arrester features high flame arresting efficiency, low pressure drop, and good corrosion resistance. Its core purpose is to be installed on breather valve inlets/outlets of fixed roof tanks and floating roof tanks, or nitrogen blanketing system pipelines in petroleum, chemical and other industries, preventing tank vapors from being ignited by lightning, static electricity, or external ignition sources, thereby ensuring the intrinsic safety of storage tanks during normal breathing and emergency relief, and meeting fire and explosion protection codes for petrochemical tank farms.
