Overview

The YGJ941X-6C external electric pinch valve is an intelligent electrically operated control valve specifically designed for demanding media conditions such as ore slurry, abrasives, and dry/wet type dusts. This series covers nominal diameters from DN50 to DN300, accommodating a wide range of pipeline sizes, and adopts standard flange connections for easy integration into large and medium-sized industrial piping systems including mining transportation, metallurgical beneficiation, building materials pulping, and environmental desulfurization. The valve features an external electric actuating mechanism, which remotely controls the pinching and releasing of the rubber hose sleeve via an electric actuator to achieve on/off switching of the media. The valve body is available in multiple materials including carbon steel, aluminum alloy, cast steel, cast iron, and stainless steel, paired with a high-strength wear-resistant lined rubber hose. Under operating conditions with a nominal pressure of 0.6 to 1.0 MPa and temperatures not exceeding 80°C, it maintains excellent sealing performance and wear resistance, making it an ideal core component for handling high-concentration solid-bearing fluids.

It smoothly conveys complex fluids containing high concentrations of solid particles, such as ore slurry, abrasives, and dry/wet type dusts, with low risk of clogging.

Diverse valve body material options: Available in five materials: carbon steel, aluminum alloy, cast steel, cast iron, and stainless steel. Carbon steel and cast steel offer high cost-effectiveness for conventional conditions; stainless steel is tailored for highly corrosive or food-grade sanitary environments; while aluminum alloy combines lightweight properties with corrosion resistance, allowing flexible selection based on actual working conditions.
