Overview

The GJ941X-6L series electric pinch valve is an electrically actuated pinch-type control valve specifically engineered for demanding industrial piping systems handling slurries, abrasives, and dry/wet dust-like media. This product series covers nominal diameters from DN25 to DN300, featuring a compact and straightforward structure with standardized flanged connections, making it ideal for integration into fluid control nodes of large and medium-sized industrial networks such as mining and metallurgy, chemical and pharmaceutical, building materials and cement, dust control, and wastewater treatment. The valve utilizes an electrically actuated pinching principle, where the electric actuator compresses the internal rubber sleeve to achieve opening and closing, operating smoothly and reliably within a pressure range of 0.4 to 0.6 MPa. The valve body is crafted from high-quality cast iron, aluminum alloy, and cast steel, paired with premium wear-resistant rubber sleeves, maintaining excellent sealing performance and fatigue resistance under operating temperatures up to 85°C.
