The GJ6K41X-6Z normally open pneumatic pinch valve is a pneumatically operated pinch valve specifically developed for the conveying of slurries, abrasives, and dust-type media. The product series covers nominal diameters from DN25 to DN400, with flange connection dimensions strictly complying with HG/T 20615-2009 (150LB) and face-to-face dimensions per Q/LK001-2018, making it perfectly adaptable to heavy-duty piping systems in mining, metallurgy, chemical, and environmental protection industries. The valve adopts a normally open pneumatic actuation design, achieving reliable shut-off by compressed air squeezing the internal rubber sleeve at air supply pressures ranging from 0.4MPa to 0.6MPa, and automatically returning to the fully open position upon loss of air pressure, offering both operational safety and convenience. The valve body is available in three material options—aluminum alloy, cast iron, and cast steel—paired with high-quality wear-resistant rubber sleeves, maintaining excellent sealing performance and wear resistance at operating temperatures up to 85℃, making it an ideal control component for slurry transportation and dust control applications.
