The GJ641X-150LBC pneumatic pinch valve is a custom-engineered squeeze-type control valve specifically designed for the conveying of slurries, abrasives, and dust-like media. With a nominal diameter range covering DN32 to DN200 and flange-type connections, this product perfectly fits heavy-duty piping systems in mining and metallurgy, power plant desulfurization, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as environmental water treatment facilities. Powered by an external pneumatic source, the valve employs compressed air to actuate the internal pinch mechanism, achieving reliable on-off control over highly abrasive and corrosive media. The valve body is crafted from high-quality carbon steel or premium stainless steel, complemented by a highly elastic wear-resistant rubber sleeve. It maintains exceptional sealing performance and fatigue resistance under operating pressures of 0.6MPa to 1.0MPa and temperatures up to 85℃, making it an ideal fluid control core component in slurry transportation and powder processing applications.

Feature

Wear-Resistant Sleeve and Extended Service Life: The valve incorporates a highly elastic wear-resistant rubber sleeve, which serves as the sole wear part. The sleeve absorbs all abrasion during the pinching process, effectively protecting the external valve body from media erosion and corrosion, thereby significantly extending the overall service life.

Dual Material Valve Body for Application-Specific Selection: Carbon steel bodies deliver high strength and cost-effectiveness, ideal for conventional slurry applications in mining and power sectors. Stainless steel bodies are reserved for chemical, food-grade, or highly corrosive environments, offering outstanding resistance to pitting and acid/alkali attack.

Full-Bore Unobstructed Flow: When the valve is fully open, the sleeve interior presents a perfectly straight, dead-end-free configuration, maintaining the same flow area as the piping bore. This design is particularly suitable for demanding conveying tasks involving large particles, long fibers, or high-concentration slurries, effectively eliminating clogging risks.
