Overview

The FQ41F46-16C lined fluoroplastic spherical discharge valve is a highly reliable manual control valve specifically engineered for highly corrosive fluid systems. This series covers nominal diameters from DN25 to DN200 and features flanged connections in compliance with national flange standards, enabling standardized interface with various reactors, storage tanks, and highly corrosive media pipelines. The valve adopts a full fluoroplastic-lined structure, with all wetted parts lined with high-quality F46 (fluorinated ethylene propylene) material, combined with the high mechanical strength of a carbon steel body, to maintain exceptional corrosion resistance within a nominal pressure range of 0.6 to 2.5 MPa. The valve is manually operated, achieving 90° rotation of the ball through a handle or worm gear drive, offering lightweight operating torque and rapid switching. This series reliably withstands prolonged exposure to strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, organic solvents, and other extremely corrosive media, serving as an indispensable core component in corrosive material discharge and control systems across modern chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and environmental protection industries.
