Overview

The SRTF46 series PTFE/FEP-lined T-type straight-through filter is a high-performance fluid filtration device deeply customized for highly corrosive, medium-to-large diameter industrial pipelines. Covering nominal diameters from DN50 to DN300, this series utilizes standard flange connections, allowing seamless integration into strong acid and alkali medium pipelines within chemical manufacturing, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and pickling industries. Designed with a straight-through T-type structure, the filter delivers outstanding fluid guidance and impurity retention within a nominal pressure range of 1.0 to 1.6 MPa. The valve body is available in carbon steel (F46 lined), stainless steel, cast iron, or ductile iron, lined completely with Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (F46) inside. It maintains exceptional corrosion resistance and sealing reliability under temperature conditions ranging from -20 ℃ to 150 ℃, making it an ideal core filtration component for safeguarding downstream instruments, pumps, and valves in modern corrosive fluid delivery systems.
