Spherical Check Valve

Spherical check valves are classified into horizontal and vertical types, primarily utilizing a spherical valve core as the seal for the flow passage. The spherical valve core typically consists of a metal core coated with rubber, providing a sensitive check effect and suitable for sewage pipelines with mixed slurry. The working principle of spherical check valves produced by Zhejiang Shanliu, such as ductile iron spherical check valves, stainless steel spherical check valves, cast steel spherical check valves, micro-resistance spherical check valves, vertical spherical check valves, wear-free spherical check valves, DIN spherical check valves, and ANSI spherical check valves, is to control the opening and closing of the valve through the force of medium flow and the self-weight of the valve core, thereby achieving unidirectional flow of the medium and preventing medium backflow. When the medium flows in from the inlet end, the valve disc is opened by the thrust of the medium, allowing the medium to pass through. When the medium flows in the opposite direction, the valve core closes the valve by plugging the valve seat under the action of its own weight and medium pressure, blocking the backflow of the medium. Spherical check valves can also be designed with single, dual, or even multiple flow paths.
