Fluorine-lined basket filter is a pipeline accessory in which fluorine plastics are lined onto the flow surfaces of a steel basket strainer using a compression molding process. This creates a membrane several millimeters thick that prevents contact between corrosive media and metal surfaces, thereby protecting them from erosion and extending service life. When the material enters the fluorine-plastic filter basket through the inlet, it flows through a filter screen woven from PTFE or FEP filaments of corresponding specifications. Impurities are blocked while the clean material flows out through the outlet. When cleaning or replacement is required, the removable cover is opened to extract the filter element, which can be reinstalled after processing. The product features drain ports at the top and bottom to ensure complete drainage of residual liquid when necessary. The filter is produced using the compression molding method: the body and cover components are placed in a mold, and a suitable amount of fluorine plastic (in powder, granule, fiber, flake, or chip form) is added to the cavity. The mold is closed, heated to the required temperature in a furnace, and then placed in a press where the material melts and flows under pressure to fill the cavity. Through plasticizing, mixing, and dispersing within the mold, the melt gradually loses fluidity and forms an infusible solid structure. After cooling to the appropriate temperature, the mold is opened to obtain the finished product. This product is an indispensable pipeline accessory for purifying corrosive gases or liquids in industrial production.

1. Excellent corrosion resistance:The valve internal cavity and filter basket surfaces are fully lined with high-performance F46 (FEP) or PTFE. This process effectively resists erosion from strong acids, strong alkalis, and strong oxidants, ensuring safety in harsh chemical conditions.

4.Top-opening for easy maintenance:The top-entry design allows for the direct vertical extraction of the lined filter basket by simply loosening the cover fasteners. This operation eliminates the need to remove the entire valve body from the pipeline, simplifying online maintenance and reducing labor costs.
5.Wide range of application adaptability:Due to the excellent chemical inertness of the fluorine-lined material, the filter does not contaminate the media. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, polysilicon, and semiconductor ultrapure water systems where high corrosion resistance and cleanliness are required.
