SCAR composite sewage exhaust valve is a high-performance exhaust valve specially developed for sewage, wastewater, and suspended solids medium pipeline systems. It has undergone comprehensive reinforcement design on the basis of standard composite exhaust valves, ensuring reliable high-speed exhaust, micro exhaust, and automatic air replenishment functions even under harsh working conditions containing fibers, particles, and corrosive components through anti blocking structures, enhanced corrosion-resistant materials, and optimized gas-liquid separation chambers. This effectively solves the problems of air resistance, air hammer, and negative pressure damage in sewage pipelines, and guarantees the continuous and stable operation of the system. Specially applied to the highest point or local protrusion of pipeline systems containing solid impurities and corrosive gases, such as municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater pipelines, mine drainage systems containing slag slurry, food processing wastewater pipelines, and building and domestic sewage risers. It is an essential key equipment for ensuring smooth exhaust and safe operation of such complex medium pipeline systems.

Features:
1. Exclusive anti blocking design
By adopting a large aperture exhaust port, installing a built-in filter or anti entanglement cover, and optimizing the movement path of the floating ball, it effectively prevents impurities such as fibers, hair, and solid particles in the sewage from entering the valve chamber or entanglement mechanism, and eliminates blockages.
2. Strong corrosion resistance and pollution resistance
The main overcurrent components of the valve body are made of stainless steel (such as 304, 316) or lined with special engineering plastics, and the seals are made of EPDM or fluororubber, which can withstand the corrosion and adhesion of hydrogen sulfide, organic acids, and various chemical substances in sewage.
3. Efficient gas-liquid separation structure
The valve chamber is designed with a flow guide and buffer structure, which can promote gas-liquid separation, ensure that the medium entering the exhaust mechanism is relatively clean, reduce the influence of impurities on the precision float and sealing pair, and improve the reliability of the operation.
4. High displacement and fast response
In response to the possibility of higher gas production from sewage, the exhaust channel has been optimized to provide greater exhaust capacity; Simultaneously using weighted or specially shaped floating balls to ensure sensitive response to changes in medium density or viscosity.
